The front pump doesn’t have many parts to it. This’ll be a short post. Consider this a calm before the storm, when we get into the valve body.
On the backside of the pump assembly, we have this gasket, and some bolts to be taken out
Now the stator support is released from the pump body
Here’s what it looks like underneath. There are some internal check balls here, but they don’t come out
Gotta love the simplicity of gear pumps
I totally mangled the old seal after forgetting where I left my seal puller
And while we’re pulling seals, might as well take them out of the diff retainers
